Reporting Copyright Infringement

What Happens After a Valid Notice?

If the material was submitted by another user or contributor, we may notify that person of the removal and provide information about the complaint as permitted by law.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content you submitted was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to dmca@prometricdr.com.
A valid counter-notification should include:

- Identification of the removed material and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- Any jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required under applicable DMCA law
Where the statutory DMCA process applies, removed material may be restored after the applicable notice period unless the original complainant informs us that legal action has been filed.
Repeat Infringement
PrometricDr may suspend or terminate accounts or access associated with repeated or serious copyright infringement where appropriate.
False or Misleading Claims
Please submit copyright complaints only when you have a legitimate basis for doing so. Knowingly submitting materially false infringement or counter-notification information may result in legal consequences.
